Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files saved in your browser when you visit a website. Your browser’s local storage (localStorage), session storage (sessionStorage) and cache (Cache Storage) also store information on your device in a similar way. In this policy, we refer to all of them as “cookies” for short.
What we use on this site
Our site does not set cookie files and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. We use your browser’s local and session storage (and, for chat replies, its short-lived cache) only to make the site work and to remember the choices you make. These entries stay on your device and are not sent to our server; your chat messages are sent only to generate replies.

“Strictly necessary” entries are needed for the site to work and to provide the features you use yourself (theme choice, chat). “Functional” entries contain no personal data: they only keep the window state and the timing of the reminder on the chat button.
Third-party content and links
Our site loads all of its content, including fonts and images, from its own server; our pages do not connect to third-party servers. The one exception is the maps on the Contact page: if you press “Show map”, the map loads from Google Maps, your IP address and browser details are sent to Google, and Google may use its own cookies. Nothing connects to Google unless you press the button. From our site you can go to the MHS Links AI and MHS Links Media sites; their use of cookies is described in their own cookie policies.
Our sites may contain links to third-party sites such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, or to our clients’ sites. When you visit those sites, their own cookie and privacy policies apply.
Analytics and marketing cookies
We do not currently use analytics or marketing cookies. If we do in the future, they will run only with your explicit consent: the “Analytics and marketing cookies” switch under the Settings button at the bottom corner of the page is off by default, and no analytics or marketing tool is loaded unless you turn it on. If we add such a tool, we will list its name, purpose and retention period on this page.
Legal basis
Strictly necessary entries do not rely on your consent because they are essential for the site to work and to provide a service you have explicitly requested; under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority’s Guide on Cookie Practices and the EU ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC, Art. 5(3)), which applies alongside the GDPR, no consent is required for them. Functional entries contain no personal data and can be removed by clearing this site’s data in your browser. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Managing your choices
You can change your choice for analytics and marketing cookies at any time with the Settings button at the bottom corner of the page. You can also delete or block this site’s data in your browser settings; this also deletes your theme choice and chat history:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Delete browsing data
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Edge: Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Delete browsing data
If you block strictly necessary entries, your theme choice will not be remembered and the chat assistant cannot keep your chat across pages.
